Under no circumstances will Amaleena Events Hall, its owners, officers, employees or agents be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss or damage) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the venue or services.

When booking or using the venue, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and by-laws (including but not limited to health & safety, noise, liquor licensing, occupancy limits, fire codes and insurance obligations) applicable in the City of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

  4. Images, layouts, décor examples and set-ups shown are for illustration only and may vary. Any specifications, dimensions, capacities or available features (e.g., parking, kitchen access, AV equipment) may change without prior notice.

  5. All booking agreements, contracts, deposits and terms & conditions entered into between you and Amaleena Events Hall shall govern the relationship and override any conflicting statements in marketing materials or general communications.

  6. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services or venue availability without prior notice.

  7. The Legal Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.

Amaleena Events Hall is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals (“you”, “your”) who visit our website, inquire about, book, or use our venue and services.
